- Anonymous engagement data: Available in Google Analytics approximately 24 hours after the event or session takes place. This data is visualised within your Performance Dashboard, showing overall usage and behaviour across your experience
- Registered user data: Where users are signed in, registration and attendance (attendance virtual only) data is available in near real time

- Looker Studio: Use the dedicated report to review registrations and attendance (attendance virtual only) data
- API and integrations: Export data programmatically via the API or tools such as Zapier to sync with your CRM
What to focus on
- Which sessions students register for and attend (attendance virtual only)
- How students move through your experience before and after events
- Where engagement drops off
This helps you understand what is working and where to improve future events.
