Background

We know from the research that we've done with prospective students that content being delivered to them by existing students and staff adds a level of authenticity that is really important to them.  

Ambassador bubbles allow you to do just that - by adding that extra 'personable element to your content.  Used to "narrate" what the user is looking at but from a student or academic's point of view, they're a really nice way of adding authenticity and emotion.

How it works

You can have as many 'ambassadors' as you wish - they can be anyone from existing students to academics or alumni.  Simply add the ambassador profile details and then apply the ambassador profile to a given piece of content - adding their narration for that content - be that text, video or audio clip 

The ambassador bubble then appears in the bottom right-hand corner for the given piece of content 

Once a visitor clicks on the ambassador bubble, it then opens to show the additional 'narration' the ambassador is offering to the content.  This can be an audio clip, text or video.
