How to add extra information to your 360 panoramas

This feature allows for the overlay of essential details, such as building names and descriptions directly onto interactive 360 panoramas. The result is an informative student experience, mirroring the familiar information overlays seen in online maps and street views.

Adding info spots to an existing panorama;

• Use this field to add information spots  to the 360 panorama.  Click ‘add row’ and select the content type you wish to use.

• Select the information option, you will then be prompted to add a header, description and icon for the hotspot. Information spots are limited to 150 characters and are designed to give small bits of information for elements within a 360 scene. They are opened within the 360 without the need for a modal overlay.

• A small tag will then show on the panorama above - move this tag on the panorama, to where you would like to position the content spot.

For a new post;

• Go to your CMS
• Create new post
• Select 360 panorama
• Select your image of choice.
• Follow the above steps
