We’re proud to introduce a new way to incorporate your university's social media posts into Vepple, allowing users to delve deeper into shared content, and providing a more immersive and informative experience. We currently provide content spots for Instagram and TikTok, both of which are easy to create.
To start, create a new post and choose the "Instagram Embed" option as the content type. This ensures that the content spot is associated with the Instagram icon.
Next, create a new row and select the “Instagram Embed” option. Following that, add a new row and choose the "Instagram Embed" option.
Thirdly, navigate to your selected Instagram post on your browser or app and copy the link. If you’re in the app, press the share button (paper aeroplane) below the post, then select "Copy Link."
Paste the copied URL of the Instagram post you wish to embed into the SRC input, ensuring there is a "/" at the end of the link (e.g., "https://www.instagram.com/p/Cp21FbFM7hD/").
Now, navigate to the "360 Panorama" post that serves as the designated guided tour stop to place your Instagram content spot. Scroll down to the Content spot section, add a new row, and search for the Instagram post. The only thing left to do is choose a position on the panorama for your content spot, and make sure to toggle on “Show on guided tour”!
And here we are:
TikTok
